WillPlay, a specialist in school playground equipment, has marked Australian Made Week by highlighting the ripple effect of investing in companies with the iconic logo.

As part of the week-long campaign (18-24 May 2026), the company said its commitment to Australian manufacturing has remained central to its operations, with all products designed and built to withstand the country’s harsh and varied conditions.

“WillPlay has always been committed to designing and manufacturing top-tier school playgrounds right here in Australia,” the company said.

“As an Australian made and owned company, our focus is on delivering equipment that is built specifically for tough Aussie conditions.”

The company said supporting local manufacturing delivers benefits beyond the playground itself, contributing to jobs, communities and the broader economy.

“Choosing local manufacturers means more than just getting an incredible playground,” WillPlay said.

“It directly supports the national economy, local jobs and regional communities.”

The Australian Made logo is considered Australia’s most trusted, recognised and widely used country of origin symbol.

Australian Made Week, which celebrates locally produced goods and services, has become an opportunity for businesses to highlight the role Australian manufacturing continues to play across a range of industries, including education infrastructure.

WillPlay has also released a behind-the-scenes video (below) showcasing its manufacturing process and focus on quality control, while reinforcing the importance of supporting Australian-made products in schools and communities nationwide.
