While the manufacturing industry grapples with external pressures, Australian-made playground equipment manufacturer WillPlay says its lead times and quality remain unchanged.

In a global market increasingly defined by volatility, the landscape and civil sectors are facing a new reality. For many, “imported” has become synonymous with “unpredictable”, as fluctuating international shipping costs and delays in shipping routes turn project deadlines into moving targets.

At WillPlay, we believe your vision shouldn’t be left to the mercy of others. While the industry grapples with external pressures, our message to our clients is simple: We are standing strong, with our lead times and quality remaining unchanged.

Complete control: From Bundaberg to site

The secret to our stability is our commitment to being Australian-made. By designing in-house and manufacturing at our regional Bundaberg facility, we maintain complete control over every stage of production. We don’t just assemble parts, we manufacture them. Our vertical integration ensures reliability through:

  • Precision engineering: Fabricating Australian-made marine-grade aluminium and stainless steel in-house. CNC machining our own parts to ensure they are ready exactly when your project needs them.
  • In-house roto-moulding: Utilising our own roto-moulding plastic oven to make every slide with Australian-made polymers.
  • Supply chain security: Because our supply chain begins and ends right here in Australia, a date given is a date kept.

Engineered for the Australian reality

We understand that “high quality” in Australia means something different than it does elsewhere in the world. Our equipment is built to survive the harshest environments.

Whether it’s the intense UV of the Australian sun or the corrosive sea spray of our coastlines, WillPlay equipment is designed to last for generations. When you specify WillPlay, you can be confident that our focus remains entirely on delivering high-quality equipment for Australian projects.

A legacy that lives on

Our responsibility to the Australian landscape doesn’t end when the installation is complete. True sustainability is found in the circular economy.

  • 100% recyclable: Every WillPlay playground is designed with its end-of-life in mind.
  • Premium materials: By using stainless steel and specialised HDPE, we ensure today’s play space doesn’t become tomorrow’s landfill.
  • Local spare parts: You don’t need to wait months for spare parts to be shipped to Australia, we manufacture them all in-house. So your play or fitness equipment has minimal downtime.

In an unpredictable world, WillPlay offers the one thing every project manager needs: a partner they can rely on. We are Australian and we are here to deliver on time.
