School management software provider nForma is offering tailored migration assistance to help schools transition, as a major provider of cloud-based platforms will discontinue operations in Australia soon.

nForma – offers school management, IT support, web design and marketing solutions – says it is positioned to expand its proven, future-ready alternative for organisations across education, sport, and beyond.

“This is an exciting time for our team, having already partnered with a wide range of institutions to deliver a platform that can replace existing systems, while enhancing database functionality and elevates the user experience,” the company said.

It comes as Operoo announced it would cease operations in Australia by January 31, 2026.

Backed by live webinars, on-site demonstrations, and a responsive local help desk, nForma aims to provide “a seamless transition and a long-term solution” supported by people who understand an organisational environment.

“We’ve already partnered with schools, clubs, and organisations who were seeking a more responsive, intuitive, and locally supported platform. Our mission isn’t just to provide an alternative – it’s to deliver a better experience that evolves with our customers,” Mr Steve Clarisse, Founder of nForma said.

nForma said its platform was built on a foundation of customer feedback and industry collaboration, with features that align with the practical needs of schools, sporting organisations, and community groups.

Whether managing digital forms, parent communication, student records, permissions, or workflows, the platform is designed to be flexible, secure, and ready to scale.

Key benefits include:

  • Live webinars and on-site demonstrations to support smooth onboarding.
  • A dedicated local help desk and support team.
  • Ongoing development based on real user feedback.
  • Enhanced data functionality to streamline operations.
  • Proven integrations with existing systems.

“What makes us different is our commitment to being present and responsive,” Mr Clarisse said.

“We don’t just offer software – we offer partnership. We work alongside our clients to help them get the most out of the platform, long after implementation.”

For school transitioning away from Operoo, nForma said it was offering tailored migration assistance, helping organisations move their data, recreate existing workflows, and minimise any disruption to their day-to-day operations.

“We understand the pressure organisations are under right now. That’s why we’ve streamlined the onboarding process, and our team is ready to help every step of the way,” said Mr Clarisse.
