My Mind Check, the free digital mental health platform used by more than 200 schools across Australia, will cease operations on 19 December 2025 after funding from the Australian Government Department of Education is not being extended.

The platform, which has provided evidence-based early intervention insights into student wellbeing since 2023, has supported over 20,000 students in all states, territories, and education sectors. Schools have used My Mind Check’s 10–15 minute mental health check-ins to proactively identify student needs and access tailored resources for follow-up support.

In a statement released on 17 December 2025, My Mind Check confirmed the decision not to continue funding and advised schools that the portal will no longer be accessible after 19 December 2025. The School Support Team will remain available until 4pm on that day.

My Mind Check thanked partner schools for their commitment to student wellbeing and encouraged them to complete any outstanding follow-up actions before the platform closes.

For inquiries, schools can contact My Mind Check via info@mymindcheck.org.au.
