Minimise device-related downtime with JB Hi-Fi Education Tech Care+ device Replace or Refresh solution.

With more than 21 years of experience in the education sector, JB Hi-Fi Education understand the critical role portable devices play in educational settings. Schools and students need to be productive and efficient at all times – device-related downtime can significantly affect both productivity and learning.

At JB Hi-Fi Education, we want to encourage the best outcomes for educators and students alike; that is why we have developed a service for education that gives peace of mind and gets students back to learning in no time: Tech Care+.

Tech Care+ is a service with the primary objective of providing faster resolution for device issues, whether it be due to faults, physical damage, or any other reason.

  1. Replace plan: An advance exchange will be provided; meaning we will send a replacement device before we receive the original device.
  2. Refresh plan: The device will be brought back to optimum working condition, through diagnostics and replacements of parts that are damaged or not operating at optimal capacity (such as batteries) and it will be cleaned from debris and dirt.

Warranty Guarantee

Whether a Replace or Refresh plan is chosen, the devices are covered for any mechanical and electrical faults across the 3 years of the Tech Care+ plan. This is in addition to the rights under the Australian Consumer Law and JB Hi-Fi’s Minimum Voluntary Warranty Policy.  These plans are available for tablets and laptops.

In addition to offering peace of mind and flexibility, Tech Care+ also delivers key benefits to educational institution or students such as:

  • Any reason coverage: Tech Care+ service covers the device for all reasons, no matter the condition, from scratches to severe damages (excludes lost and stolen devices).
  • No hidden costs: With Tech Care+, there are no additional fees or hidden costs beyond what is outlined in the plan.
  • A swift turnaround to minimise downtime: Next business day shipping for a Replace plan or works conducted within 5-business days for a Refresh plan.

Why choose JB Hi-Fi Tech Care +?

  • Day one coverage: The device is protected from the moment you receive it.
  • Trusted support: Your education institution and students are backed by JB Hi-Fi, Australia’s largest electrical retailer, and supported by SquareTrade, an AllState company.
  • Lasting protection: The device will be covered for the first 3 years of ownership.

If you are ready to experience true peace of mind, embrace JB Hi-Fi Tech Care+ for education. Contact us at https://www.jbhifi.business/edu-techcare or education@jbhifi.com.au  or speak to our account managers at education@jbhifi.com.au.
