The National Education Summit is returning to Brisbane and Melbourne in 2025, and it’s time for educators to secure their spot at Australia’s premier education event.

The summit is taking place in Brisbane on Thursday 31 July and Friday 1 August 2025 and in Melbourne on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 August 2025.

Both venues will bring together educators for two packed days of expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities.

Event organiser, IEC Group, said the summit presents the perfect opportunity for educators to gain practical insights, discover new resources, and network with like-minded professionals in the education sector.

“Whether you’re an experienced teacher or new to the profession, there’s something for everyone. Whether you want to attend in Brisbane or Melbourne, this year’s summit is designed to equip you with practical strategies and innovative ideas to enhance your teaching,” IEC Group said.

Keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and real-world case studies will cover essential topics such as student engagement, classroom technology, teacher wellbeing, curriculum development, and more.

“Learn from top educators and gain fresh perspectives on the evolving landscape of education,” the event organiser said.

Melbourne will feature the Diverse Learners Symposium, Wellbeing for Future Focused Schools, Capacity Building School Libraries Conference, AI in the Classroom and Research to Reality for Aspiring Leaders.

Brisbane attendees can access the Diverse Learners Symposium, Wellbeing for Future Focused Schools, AI in the Classroom and Capacity Building School Libraries Conference.

All attendees will enjoy free access to the Exhibition Hall, where leading education providers will showcase the latest teaching resources, technology, and learning tools.

“This is your chance to explore new solutions, discover innovative products, and connect with exhibitors offering cutting-edge resources for today’s classrooms,” IEC Group said.

In addition to the main conference, the summit offers a range of free seminars, providing valuable insights from education experts across a range of topics. Melbourne will feature both the Knowledge Centre and the Classroom of the Future, offering dynamic and engaging sessions. Brisbane attendees can take advantage of the Knowledge Centre, where experts will share strategies and insights to enhance teaching practices.
