Felton Industries, Australia’s leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of Australian-made premium aluminium outdoor furniture, has announced the return of its Felton Grant program for the third consecutive year.
The 2025 Felton Grant is now open to all Australian schools committed to improving their outdoor spaces and creating a positive impact in their communities, with a prize pool of $40,000, which is double that of 2024.
The Felton Grant has helped schools and sports clubs across the country bring outdoor projects to life, from inclusive learning spaces and wellbeing initiatives to community seating solutions, since launching in 2023.
This year’s expanded grant pool is available to a broader range of applicants, with organisations encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate meaningful outcomes for education, sport, or community life.
Mr Drew Mackinnon, Marketing Manager at Felton Industries, said the Felton Grant program continues to highlight the power of outdoor spaces in bringing people together.
“The program has helped show how small changes, like inclusive seating or a grandstand, can make a significant difference to communities. We remain committed to supporting those who are building stronger, more connected communities through practical, durable, Australian-made outdoor furniture.”
Applications for the 2025 Felton Grant close 12 September 2025. Interested schools are invited to submit a project overview detailing the outdoor improvements they aim to achieve using Felton products, the impact those improvements will have on their community, and how the funds will help bring their vision to life. Successful applicants will receive a share of the $40,000 prize pool as credit toward Felton’s extensive product range, including seating, tables, and shelters.
“The Felton Grant builds on our mission to give back, helping under-resourced communities bring meaningful outdoor projects to life,” Mr Mackinnon said.
“Past recipients include primary schools creating inclusive play areas and spaces for social connection, as well as sporting clubs rebuilding after relocation, all supported by Felton’s enduring, Australian-made furniture solutions.
“Every submission tells a story of dedication and resourcefulness. We are continually inspired by the passion organisations bring to improving their local environments and are proud to play a role in helping those ideas become reality,” he said.
