Ongoing BYOD support

We understand that parents may have questions throughout the BYOD process. Here’s how we ensure they’re well-supported.

We have developed a detailed FAQs section in our BYOD portal to address common parent concerns regarding ordering, payments, and device care. The FAQs can be accessible through this link: https://byod.jbhifi.education/faqs

We have a dedicated customer service team available from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, who can assist with any inquiries related to the BYOD program, device compatibility, or the order process.
